01 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. rpvip2 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending documentation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and marketed primarily for adult residents of Indonesia. However, it is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rpvip2 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Indonesian residents acknowledge that online gambling exists in a regulatory grey area under Indonesian law, and by registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2.3 General Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of rpvip2 or any affiliated entity;
• Not be registered with, or have previously been excluded by, any gambling self-exclusion programme that encompasses online gaming;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Have provided accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any subsequent KYC request.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate Accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, or the same financial instrument — are strictly prohibited. rpvip2 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any wagers or withdrawals associated with them.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide: a valid full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document; a valid, active email address that you own and control; a valid Indonesian mobile phone number; your date of birth; and your preferred Account password. All information provided must be accurate. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. rpvip2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

rpvip2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing activity; (b) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (c) the User is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (d) the Platform is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority. Where closure results from a breach by the User, rpvip2 may withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. rpvip2 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant Accounts once the dormancy period is reached. If the Account Balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. Users will receive a notification email at least 14 days before dormancy fees begin.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 When KYC Is Required

rpvip2 is required by its licensing authority to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts. KYC may be initiated: (a) automatically upon Account registration; (b) before a User's first withdrawal request is processed; (c) when cumulative deposits exceed a threshold set by our compliance team; or (d) at any time the Platform deems verification necessary for security or compliance purposes.

4.2 Documents Required

To complete KYC, you will typically be required to provide:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership by the Account holder.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. rpvip2 is not liable for any delay in withdrawals where such delay results from the User's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed within 30 days of the initial request may be suspended.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

rpvip2 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign-currency deposits are accepted. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000; the maximum per-transaction deposit limit varies by payment method as published on the Platform's Deposit page.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfers via BCA and BRI are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds during standard banking hours (approximately 08:00–22:00 WIB on business days). Transfers via BNI and Mandiri typically complete within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited immediately. rpvip2 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these depend partially on third-party banking infrastructure beyond our direct control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Account wallet must not be confused with withdrawable Balance — only cleared, real-money Balance is withdrawable;
• rpvip2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard estimate.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard bank-transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00). Requests submitted outside these hours may take up to 24 hours. rpvip2 does not guarantee exact withdrawal timelines and is not liable for delays attributable to the recipient bank's processing schedule. There are no fees charged by rpvip2 on withdrawals; however, your bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer fees.

5.5 Prohibited Transactions

The Platform must not be used as a payment-processing or money-transfer mechanism. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager is prohibited. If rpvip2 reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in such behaviour, the Account may be suspended, and any Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by rpvip2 are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion's detail page. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise are set out below.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30× requirement on a Rp 200.000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 6.000.000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable Balance). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% of the qualified wagered amount. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the validity period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods cannot be extended except at the sole discretion of rpvip2.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

rpvip2 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple Accounts; placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and systematically exploiting bonus structures in ways that conflict with the spirit of the promotion. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, and the Account may be permanently closed.

6.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Account holders making their first qualifying deposit. It may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. rpvip2 reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time and to withhold the Welcome Bonus from Accounts where fraudulent registration is suspected.

07 Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

rpvip2 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised where: the Platform suspects technical error in the published odds; where the Platform suspects collusion, match-fixing, or use of insider information; or where accepting the bet would breach the Platform's internal risk-management limits. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Balance.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. In general: bets on football markets including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League are settled based on the official result at full-time (90 minutes plus referee-added time) unless otherwise stated. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the full accumulator to return; a single void leg will reduce the accumulator rather than void it entirely, unless the promotion's specific rules state otherwise.

7.3 Casino & RNG Games

All casino game results are determined by certified random-number generators independently tested and approved by the relevant studio's licensing authority. The Platform publishes the certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game title in the game's information panel. Past results in RNG games have no bearing on future outcomes.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a platform technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet, rpvip2 will use server-side records to determine the correct settlement of any affected bets. If server-side records are insufficient to determine the outcome, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. rpvip2 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the User's side.

08 Responsible Gaming

rpvip2 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals;
• Time-Out (Cool-Off): Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account where you feel your gambling is no longer under control.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any time;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes in the Platform's software;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or use of insider information;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any rpvip2 employee or other user via any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location;
• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the rpvip2 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of rpvip2 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property right to the User. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rpvip2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or that all games and markets will be available at all times.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip2's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses

In no event shall rpvip2 be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from reliance on any content published on the Platform; or (d) losses arising from actions of third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.

11.4 User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rpvip2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform in breach of this Agreement.

12 Privacy & Data

rpvip2 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used exclusively for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service-improvement purposes. rpvip2 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or marketers. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us at [email protected].

13 Amendments

rpvip2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the registered email address on file and will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvip2 holds its primary offshore gaming licence. Users acknowledge that this Agreement is not governed by Indonesian domestic law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by rpvip2's licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you irrevocably agree to submit to that jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
